Client Need

Business Analysis can serve as a subordinate function in project identification, planning, delivery, and measurement.   Independently business analysis can be applied to business case development, process improvement and waste reduction, identification of business opportunities, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.  An effective business analyst will: 

  • Provide management options
  • Result in a higher project success rate by providing essential project documentation including project initiation and requirements documents
  • Improve efficiency and reduce waste

Our Roles

  1. Assist our clients in developing their business analysts through training, mentoring, and active coaching

  2. Serve as project or independent business analyst when the client does not have staff with requisite skills or experience

Our People

  1. Have International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) Business Analyst certification or significant demonstrated experience that leaves little doubt of their qualification

  2. Have at least 10 years of business and/or government experience

  3. Have 5 years’ experience as a business Analyst
