Wendy is a business transformation leader with extensive internal and external consulting experience for Fortune 100 companies, including BP and Marathon Oil. Her experience includes various aspects of Knowledge Management (KM), Continuous Improvement and Change Management. Key recent work includes leading the development of BP’s discipline capability program with respect to KM; ensuring that BP understood critical roles in KM and knowledge transfer, as well as the capability needed to deliver on those roles. Wendy has been interviewed in Offshore Technology and featured as a conference speaker by IQPC, APQC and PMI. She is currently a Senior Manager with TBO International where she works with clients to ensure critical business success. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and her MBA from Bowling Green State University. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma and as a Project Management Professional.
