Terry is a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel. He holds a Bachelor's of Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of North Dakota. He has held the Project Management Professional certification since 1999. Experience: Terry is the EVP Project Services at TBO International LLC, where he is responsible for leading or directing others in the execution of all TBO multi-consutltant engagements as well as identifying engagement staffing requirements and recruiting highly qualified team members.
