My story of poorly handled change is not about the mega corporation that failed in their efforts to roll out the all-knowing integrated solution. No, my story is about getting a tee time at the local golf course. For the non-golfers out there, a tee time is an appointment to play nine or eighteen holes of golf for a group of golfers usually four golfers playing together.
